Focus Groups
MR&D has carried out focus group discussions with consumers and businesses. We have experienced and trained moderators utilizing specialized qualitative techniques or projective techniques to help illicit responses from respondents. We use focus group discussions that are open ended in nature to capture perceptions, opinions, beliefs and attitudes towards a product, service, and gauge reactions to concepts, advertisements, an idea, or packaging.
In-depth telephone interviews
We have experience in conducting in-depth telephone interviews in situations where expert opinions are needed or to gather detailed information from customers or users of competing products or services when because of geography, logistic issues, or the sensitive or complex nature of the topics to be explored, conducting focus group discussions or face-to-face interviews are either impractical or inappropriate.
